1. Our Promise

At Sahya Agro, we take immense pride in the quality of our organic eggs. Every egg passes through 11 safety checks before reaching you. However, eggs are delicate and sometimes damage can occur during transit. We've got you covered.

2. What's Covered

You are eligible for a full replacement or 100% refund if:

✅ Eggs are broken or cracked on delivery

✅ Eggs have an unusual smell or appearance

✅ Wrong product was delivered

✅ Fewer eggs than ordered were delivered

✅ Eggs are past their freshness date at the time of delivery

3. What's Not Covered

❌ Eggs broken after delivery due to customer handling

❌ Change of mind after delivery

❌ Products consumed or used

❌ Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

❌ Natural variations in egg size, color, or shell texture (these are normal for organic eggs)

4. How to Report an Issue

Step 1: Take clear photos of the damaged/defective eggs

Step 2: WhatsApp the photos to +91 90917 92917 within 2 hours of delivery

Step 3: Include your order number and briefly describe the issue

Step 4: Our team will verify and respond within 30 minutes

5. Resolution Options

Once your claim is verified, you can choose:

🔄 Option A — Free Replacement: We'll send replacement eggs in your next delivery (or a special replacement delivery within 24-48 hours).

💰 Option B — Full Refund: 100% refund to your original payment method.

The choice is yours — we want you to be completely satisfied.

6. Refund Timeline

UPI/GPay/PhonePe/Paytm: Refund within 24-48 hours

Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): Refund within 3-5 business days

Cash on Delivery: Refund via UPI/bank transfer within 3-5 business days

International Orders: Refund within 7-10 business days

7. Subscription Orders

• Subscription customers can cancel anytime with 24 hours notice before the next scheduled delivery.

• Unused prepaid subscription amount will be refunded proportionally.

• Damaged eggs in subscription deliveries are covered under the same policy above.

8. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

• For bulk orders (restaurants, hotels, caterers), the same quality guarantee applies.

• Report issues within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Replacement or credit note will be issued for the affected portion of the order.
