Sahya Agro Organic Farms is a certified organic egg producer and supplier based in Saloni Village, Narnaul, Mahendragarh, Haryana 123001, India. We deliver premium organic, free-range eggs to customers across India and select international locations.
• We sell certified organic eggs including Organic White Eggs, Organic Brown Eggs, and Omega-3 Enriched Eggs.
• All products are produced from free-range hens fed 100% herbal organic feed.
• Product images on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in size and color, as they are natural products.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• Orders can be placed through: Website, WhatsApp (+91 90917 92917), Phone, or Email.
• An order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery area restrictions.
• Minimum order quantities may apply depending on your location.
• All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment methods accepted: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), Cash on Delivery (COD) where available, and select online payment gateways.
• GST and delivery charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
• We do not store any payment card information. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
• We deliver to 38,000+ locations across 11 countries. Delivery availability is subject to your specific area.
• Estimated delivery times vary by location: Same-day/next-day for Delhi NCR, 2-5 business days for rest of India.
• Delivery charges may apply based on order value and delivery location. Free delivery is available on orders above the minimum threshold (varies by area).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
• Eggs are perishable products — please inspect upon delivery and report any issues within 2 hours.
• Due to the perishable nature of eggs, returns are accepted only for damaged, broken, or quality-defective products.
• You must report any issues within 2 hours of delivery with photographs via WhatsApp (+91 90917 92917).
• Upon verification, we will offer either a full replacement in the next delivery or a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products consumed/opened beyond reasonable inspection.
